Responsibilities:

This individual would be responsible for the preparation of management reporting for the combined line of sites in the Business Aviation segment.  This would also include the following: Individual sales representative gross profit reporting to measure performance against plan.
Financial reporting preparation for Business Aviation management both on a monthly and ad hoc basis.
Compensation calculations for the Flight Department sales team.
Review and reconciliation of monthly Trip Support billing.
Assist sales team by creating reports on an ad hoc basis.
Calculating and submitting commission reports to HR.
Calculation of Trip Support rebates.
Calculation of ACVARD and Flybuy accruals
Sales plan forecast updates.
Bulk business new business proposal audit.

 

Requisitos:

• 2+ years of experience in sales/market analysis and report preparation.
• Associates Degree or Higher in Finance or Accounting
• Advanced English skills
• Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables)
• Tableau and Oracle are a plus
• Experience with Access and Alteryx is a plus
