Customer Care Responsible and QC-Release

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer service for key accounts.
  • Orden entry and order processing. Preparation of quotations, order confirmation and delivery notes.
  • Deadline monitoring of customer orders.
  • Conducting telephone conference with customers.
  • Forwarding delivery information to customer.
  • Master data maintenance.
  • Monitoring of weekly deliveries.
  • Maintenance and monitoring of forecast figures.
  • Support in the organization and execution of customer visits.
  • Improving the productivity and efficiency of all processes through systematic error analysis and continuous optimization of all processes. As well as identification of error hotspots and initiation of corrective measures
  • Support QC-Release process step.
  • Bookings in the ERP system.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Completed bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar.
  • Very good MS Office skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • High level of self-motivation, communication skills and assertiveness.
  • Intercultural and social competence and ability to work in a team.
  • Solution-oriented analytical thinking and working.
  • Planning and organizational skills.
  • Quality awareness, detail-oriented.
