PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

   Overall responsibilities of supervising and monitoring the plant. Plans, improves and controls             production processes, as well as material and human recourses at the plant floor. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Planning and controlling work on the shop floor
Determine and assure quality standards
Preparation and controlling machines and tools
Supervising work in the shop
Training and instruction of workers
Control and follow-up used production times of closed working steps and orders
Manage of human and material resources 
Support validation processes
Controlling of production results 
Correction of deviations. 
Responsible for shop floor and of operational safety, safety and health in the workplace, environment protection in the plant and operational hours

REQUIREMENTS  

Industrial Engineering or appropriate demonstrated experience preferable.
Related Technical education required.
Training in metal working or comparable processes
Spanish and English language
5 years or more in similar positions 
Experience in productive process and machine validation
Experience in personnel management
