Job Description

The Business Systems Analyst will be primarily working on implementing a SAAS based Enterprise Contract Management System and integrations with other related systems. You will liaise with the SAAS vendor, IT and the relevant Legal team members to complete project tasks.
Responsibilities:

1. Assists and conducts requirement workshops and other requirement-gathering sessions with various customer business units, typically on-site.
2. Documents and presents the results from requirement workshops and requirement-gathering sessions in a Business Requirements Document (BRD) as well as analyzes, collaborates on the design.
3. Ensures business requirements, gaps, design, and testing issues are properly communicated between the vendor, implementation manager, project manager and technical team members.
4. Participates in end to end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication and change management.
5. Translate Business Requirements into Functional Requirements Document.
6. Writes and reviews QA and UAT test scripts.
7. Manages UAT with end users including coordination and user acceptance signoff.
8. Prepares user documentation and training documentation as necessary.
9. Leverage business knowledge and expertise to drive business process.

Qualifications:

1. Prior hands-on Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience.
2. Must have experience working on implementing a contract management system preferably (Apttus, Selectica, Emptoris, Ariba or Upside).
3. Must have detailed functional knowledge of contract management tools.
4. Previous experience working as an analyst on supporting Legal IT projects.
5. Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
6. Must have experience presenting to senior management. Project Management experience highly desired.

Desired:
Candidate with Business Analyst experience working for a large software company.

Education:
4-year degree in Information Management, MIS, or related field.

Salary: $2100 per month
