Job Description
The main functions of a Compliance Analyst are daily processing of interdiction referrals, QA, and additional support for managing the interdiction list. Job Responsibilities:– Identify process improvements and make recommendations related to changes in the interdiction procedures or with systems– Receive customer blockage compliants– Oversee 30-40 emails per day– Manage customer compliants– Identify internal route for customer compliant– Evaluate and provide resolutions– Engage with internal stakeholders- Prepare analytical reports and statistical summaries– Support training initiatives provided to other employees who utilize the interdiction process– communication with other internal business units Skills:– Solid knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); other database experience also helpful– 0-1 year of customer service or compliance experience– Bachelor’s degree preferred– multitasking– Excellent ability to communicate in English 85% B2+ Transportation: San José, Heredia, AlajuelaHybrid: WFH, show up at the office 1 day per week3 months (can be extended but not sure at the moment)
