Digital Review Team Analyst (Entry level)

The person will analyze payment/transaction requests and define whether or not they can be executed.
As an Associate Analyst, you will analyze digital transactions to make sure that no fraudulent activity is involved.
You will communicate with company customers as needed to verify details regarding specific money as well as support company customers with their identity verification ensuring that Compliance regulations are met.
You will resolve problems and decide when to escalate a case or to proceed with the regular transaction/customer profile verification handling procedures.
After completing our training program, you will be skilled in Risk Assessment, and be able to provide an excellent customer experience.
• High school education is required
• 1 year of experience as a customer service
• English B2 85%, both written and verbal
• Flexibility of working hours. Hours to be defined they have to cover the 7 days of the week in hours that go from 9 am to 10 pm.
• For such a detail-oriented role we need you to be a self-motivated team player who is focused on giving the highest level of customer service has strong analytical skills and is attentive to detail.
• You must have a great attitude and be able to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
We need you to have a strong ability to multitask using internal database systems, capable of making independent decisions with a results-oriented approach, and adaptable to work both individually and within a team, and have a willingness to work on weekends.
Interviews: For now, it is just an interview where they will do a test to assess the person’s analytical skills
Hybrid 1 day onsite 7 days a week w. 2 days off (varies by contractor). Hours 9am-6pm or 3pm-10pm
