The Partner Operations specialist will perform various Opportunity Registration Operational tasks to support the worldwide partner operation organization. These tasks include reviewing registrations, converting registrations, assuring partner compliance providing support on issues, and responding to requests. The Specialist understands the processes of Sales Support, Ordering, Finance, Legal, Channel Marketing, Service, and IT to ensure all business issues relating to the Opportunity Registrations are addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Â Responsibilities:
Managing Salesforce.com and general Account information
Managing Opportunity Registrations and Opportunity creation on Salesforce.com
Ability to analyze Opportunity Registration to make approval or reject decisions. Completes Opportunity Registrations review by analyzing and auditing documents, researching, and resolving processing problems
Prepares work to be processed by gathering, sorting, organizing, and recording data, information, and documents
Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information, responding to requests resolves inquiries by investigating issues and composing responses
Maintains quality service by monitoring standards, advising supervisor of potential problems
Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to optimize transaction process

2 years of industry experience in Sales/Partner Operations. Hands-on experience in MS Excel/Office (Must be proficient)
Ability to learn systems quickly with little or no guidance
Organizational abilities, and proven attention to detail
Willingness to work effectively with cross-departmental teams
Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
Must be highly motivated and flexible to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
