Sales Analyst

Job Description

The WW Sales Management Support is part of the WW Sales Strategy and Acceleration team. This team enables Sales & WWSSA Ops teams to deliver on transformative outcomes by supporting them through best-in-class operational execution.
We are looking for Analyst I in our SaaS Opportunity to Quote team. This role will support executing opportunity/quotes which enables sales during the overall deal cycle in the preparation & negotiation phases of a SaaS deal.

You will be working closely with the Executive Account Managers, Sales Reps, Strategic Renewals Account Managers, Deal Managers & other supporting teams. When you are working for a company that shares your values, it is easier to enjoy what you do. 


  • Create, manage, and revise Quotes as per standard operating procedures
  • Understand and adhere to KPI/metrics, agreed on SLAs & productivity expectations
  • Act with a sense of urgency with priorities/escalations
  • Good communication skills to engage with stakeholders whenever needed
  • Good Analytical skills to solve complex problems and able to collaborate with various teams to get proper resolutions
  • Mostly work with applications like Sales Force (SFDC), EBS Oracle, Admin Portal, SAP HANA, etc.Contract/License Renewals, Lead/opportunity Management, SaaS Business, Quote to Cash, Order to Cash, Shared Services Operations, etc.
  • Actively contribute to process improvement ideas and automation of current processes/systems/procedures
  • Closely monitor the non-standard processes and strike a conversation to standardize processes for faster turn-around-time.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as per business requirements and management request
  • Other Excel and power point knowledge
