Senior Compensation Analyst (6 months contract)




  • Reporting to the VP, Global Total Rewards the Sr. Compensation Analyst role will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and administration of global compensation programs including executive compensation
  • The Sr. Compensation Analyst will also collaborate with HR Business Partners in each of the global business markets to provide compensation support for functional organizations that span all global regions
  • Provide support to the annual and ad-hoc long-term incentive processes including coordinating communication/education and identifying opportunities for process/system improvements
  • Participate in preparing materials for the Compensation and Human Capital Committee meetings
  • Assist in managing proxy disclosure, including the CD&A
  • Update compensation policies and procedures accordingly, in coordination with counterparts in Legal, Tax, Controllers
  • Collaborate with HRIS and other HR team members to improve HR processes
  • Create ad-hoc reports, compensation modeling, and analysis as necessary
  • Work on miscellaneous compensation and HR projects

  • Responsible for upholding the global compensation philosophy to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization


  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related degree
  • Knowledge and 5+ years of experience across broad-based total rewards programs, specifically compensation focused
  • Strong interpersonal, consultative, and relationship-building skills in order to initiate and develop productive working partnerships with leadership and teammates
  • Strong experience in job evaluation methodologies
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills in order to develop and maintain spreadsheets and perform data analysis
  • Working knowledge of federal and state labor laws and common compensation practices and procedures
  • Excellent customer service and positive interpersonal skills, including the ability to facilitate and mediate sensitive and/or confrontational situations
  • Experience in a change-oriented & fast-paced organization would be an advantage
  • Strong project management skills in order to manage deadlines and organize and prioritize competing deliverables
  • Growth mindset, collaborative style of working, and ability to work well in a matrix environment
  • A team player, with a proactive mindset and attune to numbers
  • Prior exposure to providing global compensation oversight and support
