THIS IS A 6 MONTHS CONTRACT POSITION
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the VP, Global Total Rewards the Sr. Compensation Analyst role will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and administration of global compensation programs including executive compensation
- The Sr. Compensation Analyst will also collaborate with HR Business Partners in each of the global business markets to provide compensation support for functional organizations that span all global regions
- Provide support to the annual and ad-hoc long-term incentive processes including coordinating communication/education and identifying opportunities for process/system improvements
- Participate in preparing materials for the Compensation and Human Capital Committee meetings
- Assist in managing proxy disclosure, including the CD&A
- Update compensation policies and procedures accordingly, in coordination with counterparts in Legal, Tax, Controllers
- Collaborate with HRIS and other HR team members to improve HR processes
- Create ad-hoc reports, compensation modeling, and analysis as necessary
- Work on miscellaneous compensation and HR projects

- Responsible for upholding the global compensation philosophy to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related degree
- Knowledge and 5+ years of experience across broad-based total rewards programs, specifically compensation focused
- Strong interpersonal, consultative, and relationship-building skills in order to initiate and develop productive working partnerships with leadership and teammates
- Strong experience in job evaluation methodologies
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills in order to develop and maintain spreadsheets and perform data analysis
- Working knowledge of federal and state labor laws and common compensation practices and procedures
- Excellent customer service and positive interpersonal skills, including the ability to facilitate and mediate sensitive and/or confrontational situations
- Experience in a change-oriented & fast-paced organization would be an advantage
- Strong project management skills in order to manage deadlines and organize and prioritize competing deliverables
- Growth mindset, collaborative style of working, and ability to work well in a matrix environment
- A team player, with a proactive mindset and attune to numbers
