• Essential Functions
  You will be supporting the operations team and working closely with the accounting and engineering teams. High visibility and high financial impact project, looking for someone who takes ownership and executes tasks timely.
  Analyze Excel data and find insights. Present it to the reporting manager and work with teams to close the gaps identified during analysis.
  Support Capex Program – Preparation of monthly CAPEX memos, and reports.
  Work with cross-functional teams- Accounting, finance, engineering, Operations team; discuss the gaps, follow up, understand the pain point
  Must have worked in agile/SAFE- technical background engineering organization team, have an understanding of communication and understand how to
  Analyze data from spreadsheets find gaps, interact with engineering team- leads, try to close gaps, update reporting mgts, communicate discovery and develop plans of action to close gaps and approve the process, interact with fin and acc. Team weekly updates, classify opex, clean up finals, share files, send memos, follow process flow.
   
  Requirements:
  3 Years’ experience as a Technical Business Analyst
  Excel skills (Intermediate – Expert); Jira tool (Write JQL query, build dashboards), Power BI; Agile/SAFe agile methodology; Technical background 
  Familiarity with concepts like Capex, Opex, Power IB, and Financial understand
  Worked with engineering team or organization in past- communicate non it and it across channels        
  Excellent ability to communicate with clients in English 85% B2.
