About the role The Level 2 Technical Support Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality of service and overall customer satisfaction within Tek’s support experience. Working on the Azure DevOps, support team you will review all cases related to Azure code, troubleshooting errors, or issues on the platform and not issues related to customer code. Additionally, supported by our quality assurance team, domain experts, and training and development department, you will have a comprehensive induction and training program to ensure you deliver extraordinary customer service.
