Responsibilities: Monitor multiple system interfaces by identifying and resolving interface errors. Process and monitor users access requests. Validate ABBY (Imaging system) data. Ability to map out data. Collaborate with internal team members to collect and analyze data. Participate in system rollout testing. Ability to pro-actively investigate, test and resolves system issues. Reporting and data visualization skills using software like Tableau. Identify potential problems, present alternatives and propose solutions. Communicate efficiently with business partners, team members and Management. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability meet deadlines in a high pace environment. Maintain team shared outlook mailbox, by responding timely with accurate information to both external and internal customers. Follow established Data procedures.

Requisitos:
Experience in Data Management Process
Must have polished communication skills with a strong sense of customer service
Must be capable with Microsoft Office Excel and Word
Must be able to work autonomously, as well as with team members, in a fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-cultural environment
Excellent English level (B2 or higher)
