KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Review and verify of all supporting documents related to supplier invoices Collaboration with other WFS Inc departments to ensure data accuracy and timely resolution of exception conditions Keep management apprised of issues and concerns while responding timely and accurately Maintain reports and logs intended to ensure completeness of incoming data, track status of exceptions, ensure regulatory compliance Coordinate cross functionally to improve the department’s efficiency and effectiveness Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement May involve testing changes to our existing system as subject matter experience increases Over time, and as subject matter experience increase, may become involved in training and assisting new and existing associates on new processes or current processes, as needed. Requisitos:
Must have polished communication skills with a strong sense of customer service
Must be capable with Microsoft Office Excel and Word
Must be able to work autonomously, as well as with team members, in a fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-cultural environment
Excellent English level (B2 or higher)
