Bilingual Customer Service Agent

  • Customer Care is responsible for taking calls of the customers reporting that want to rent an equipment. ​

 

  • Functions including, but not limited to, the following:​
  • Report issues with the equipment rented​
  • Get in contact with the branch representative and transfer the customer to the branch.​
  • Take the equipment off rent.​
  • Answer general questions (billing, service hours, equipment status and specs)​
