We are seeking a motivated and analytical student to participate in our Process Improvement Internship program. The intern will assist in identifying areas for process optimization and contribute to various efficiency projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support in analyzing current processes and identifying areas for improvement.
Assist the team in developing and implementing process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and understand workflow inefficiencies.
Help document and track process changes, ensuring accurate reporting.
Support process mapping and root cause analysis to optimize workflows.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects and process standardization efforts.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be an active student, currently enrolled in a university degree program in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Statistics or Quality Management with at least 75% of the degree completed.
Professional fluency in English is essential (B2 – C1), both written and oral.
SKILLS:
Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate and improve processes.
Attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus, but not required.
