Survey Analytics Analyst

Colleagues in the Survey Operations team who engage with our client consultants and topic experts for efficient survey execution and analytics of survey data. Your work will support data-driven consumer insights, driving strategic decisions for our clients.

Responsabilidades:

• Working with our client case teams and topic leaders in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, supporting them across different stages of the market research/survey management lifecycle:
• Understanding business objectives and context of associated market research.
• Application of market research knowledge to interpret and discuss elements of survey design (sampling, quotas, methodology, questionnaire structure etc.).
• Collaboration with survey programmers, third-party vendors and partners for implementation of online surveys and data collection.
• Quality review of online surveys before launch, data handling and management capabilities to validate and clean data prior to further processing.
• Using specialized survey data analysis tools such as SPSS, Sawtooth, etc. and application of statistical theoretical concepts (univariate, bivariate and multivariate methods) to deliver practical data analytics outcomes.
• Application of Alteryx and advanced Excel knowledge for survey data transformation and processing as well as for creation of formula/macro driven models and simulators.
• Use of visualization tools including PowerPoint, Tableau and Market Sight to represent analytics output in the most appealing and insightful manner.

Requisitos:

• Relevant work experience in market/consumer research data analytics.
• Candidates with the following educational backgrounds will be preferred – Master’s degree in Statistics/Applied Statistics, Operational Research, Economics, or Mathematics. Strong hands-on experience on tools: SPSS, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience on additional tools such as Sawtooth, Market Sight, Que, R, Alteryx, Tableau, SAS, VBA and SQL will be an added advantage
• Working knowledge of Python will be an added advantage.
