Education / Educación:
• Bachelor degree

Experience / Experiencia:
• Oracle, GTM, Export Shipping (International Parcel, Air Freight, Ocean), Understanding Documentation required, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, SLI, Certificates of Origin, The Electronic Export Information, Bill of Lading.
• Preferred: Import knowledge, warranty returns, 2-4+ years related experience
Specialized Knowledge (Desirable) / Conocimiento especializado (preferible):
• Export Shipping (International Parcel, Air Freight, Ocean), Understanding
• Documentation required, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, SLI, Certificates of Origin, The Electronic Export Information, Bill of Lading.

• Oracle ERP Experience, and/or best-in-class Planning tools (Baxter, Kinaxis, etc.) highly desirable
• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities / Resumen de funciones y responsabilidades:
The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the below mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs.
• Coordinate export order fulfillment to international customers, dealers, and subsidiaries for forward and reverse logistics.
• Understanding of import and export classification methodologies to ascertain HTS, Schedule B codes, and other data required for maintaining compliance.
• Ensure accurate export documentation and related system updates to our ERP and related trade compliance systems.
• Collaborate with International partners across the Hologic Supply Chain.
• Assist with special projects and miscellaneous department duties.
• Coordinated shipments with designated freight forwarders.
• Participate in the design, testing, and configuration for the any related system upgrades or process changes. Coordinate the execution of test scripts and recorded results for testing in our ERP and supporting systems
