Around 2 to 3 years of customer support or Help Desk experience.
Experience with emphasis in keen troubleshooting.
At least 2 years’ experience supporting Microsoft operating system environments, preferably in a help desk environment.
Strong communication skills written and verbal, as well as, interpersonal, and analytical skills,
Proven capability to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Work knowledge of MS operating systems (Windows) and applications (Office – most troubleshooting is around excel), Permissions on Folder Groups, Cache Troubleshooting).
 COMPTIA A+ Certification.
