PROJECT ENGINEER

The project engineer manages teams throughout a project that is technical in nature, ensure the design, consistency and functionality of a project throughout its entire process.

 

TASKS

• Elaborate the objectives of the transfer projects to be carried out.
• Assign different responsibilities to each team member.
• Elaborate a timetable with the project phases.
• Draw up budgets.
• Study possible risks.
• Document the progress of the project.
• Control that project deadlines are met.
• Analyze and improve projects.
• Reports on materials to be used on site.
• Maintain project responsible activities on-site.
• Technical coordination of the process or technology transfer (scale up).
• Product validations (support from PM perspective).
• Transfer guidelines and supporting documents.
• Coordination of container shipments.
• Support in planning tasks for the operational and strategical business.

 

 REQUIREMENTS 

• Minimum Specialization’s Degree in Materials, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Training in process metal working or comparable processes.
• Spanish and English language.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar position.
