Shift: ADM Monday to Friday de 6:00 am a 3:00 pm.

Summary: The QA Analyst is responsible for establishing and implementing quality assurance and compliances processes for the IT department.

Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:

1. Works with development, testing and production teams to develop, publish and implement software quality assurance plans.
2. Executes software quality assurance plans through direct testing of software.  Testing includes regression testing, manual testing, and change control testing.
3. Assists the software development team with tracking system issues and verifying issues are fixed before release.
4. Works with IT leaders to help establish internal IT service quality control standards, policies and procedures.
5. Works directly with product owners and developers to test software changes and document repeatable test cases.  This includes UAT testing and assisting in gathering requirements from users.
6. Builds, maintains, and organizes specific test cases for software change implementation.
7. Analyzes and identifies areas for improvement in testing plans and implements solutions for improvement.
8. Conducts audits and analyzes findings to develop appropriate corrective action recommendations.
9. Provides training to other software testers globally.
10. May be required to provide training on system processes as needed.

Preferred Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, engineering, or business administration.

• English advanced.

Required Experience:

• 2+ year of experience in an engineering, technical documentation, testing, or quality position.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Have a passion for technology and maintain leading-edge insights into development trends.

Preferred Experience: 

• Experience with or understanding of Agile software methodology.
