We are looking for a highly talented and enthusiastic QA Automation Engineer, who is passionate about technology, coding, software development, and quality, both for the product and the process.

The Job…

The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Create and maintain automated tests written in JavaScript using Cypress.io

• Create and maintain Jenkins jobs that execute the automated tests both for regression and CI/CD purposes

• Interact with different team members and stakeholders to gather information and automate tests accordingly

• Create and maintain/update test cases for automation purposes when needed.

• Act as SME for other QAs or engineers that utilize the automated scripts

• Provide timely and precise information about the activities and potential changes that may affect the automation projects

You…

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software development, or related

• Proven work experience in software development and automation

• 3-5 years of experience in QA Automation positions

• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes

• Experience writing automated tests that follow best practices and standards

• Experience writing automated tests with Java/JavaScript/Python as a programming language

• Experience writing Web automated tests using either Selenium or Cypress

• Experience with REST/SOAP API testing

• Experience writing API automated tests using tools such as RestAssured/RestSharp or others

• Knowledge of SQL and scripting

• Experience using tools such as Jira, Git, X-Ray/Zephyr, postman, etc.

• Experience with POM and BDD using tools such as Cucumber or Specflow

• Experience working within an Agile environment

• Good English communication skills, written and verbal (B2 or above)

• Good troubleshooting skills

• Willingness to learn

Highly Desired Skills…

• Experience working with financial software is a plus

• Experience with AWS

• Security/Performance testing experience is a plus

• Mobile (responsive or native) Test Automation experience is a plus

• ISTQB or other certification is a plus
