PURPOSE OF INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

We are seeking a motivated and analytical student to participate in our Process Improvement Internship program. The intern will assist in identifying areas for process optimization and contribute to various efficiency projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide support in analyzing current processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Assist the team in developing and implementing process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and understand workflow inefficiencies.
• Help document and track process changes, ensuring accurate reporting.
• Support process mapping and root cause analysis to optimize workflows.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and process standardization efforts.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be an active student, currently enrolled in a university degree program in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Statistics or Quality Management with at least 75% of the degree completed.
• Professional fluency in English is essential (B2 – C1), both written and oral.

SKILLS:

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate and improve processes.
• Attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus, but not required.
