Marketing Coordinator – Ecommerce

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Marketing Coordinator will proof and maintain product creation for online sales, including SEO, color groupings, and keywords. Create, edit, and manage category content, search refinements, and product variations. Oversee website content assets, including digital catalog uploads, handle SFCC tasks, and assist with 3rd party apps like Narvar, Qualtrics, Yotpo, and Global-e.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Proof and create all product content and images on the staging site before going live, ensuring accuracy of images, titles, copy, SEO information, and keywords.
  • Maintain website categories and navigation, including creating new categories, updating SEO, sorting and automation rules, and managing featured and sale items.
  • Maintain PDP recommendations, setting up and monitoring A/B tests, editing content assets, and managing web team tickets.
  • Maintain and proof limited time and permanent sales, ensuring disclaimers, sale activations, and proper merchandising are in place, with all links working correctly.
  • Assist with tasks related to 3rd party vendors, maintaining email content, order tracking, customer surveys, international orders, product catalogs, and editing links or text.
  • Proof digital catalogs on the website, provide corrections to the POC team, verify changes, and ensure links direct to the correct items. Create and update catalog links across the website.
  • Maintain eCommerce reports such as sales by SKU, category reports, search terms, and null reports.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • BS/BA Degree – Marketing
  • +2 years of experience
  • Rapid typing proficiency (at least 40 WPM)
  • Excellent writing & grammar skills
  • Outlook & Excel spreadsheets knowledge
  • Excellent proofing skills
  • SFCC maintenance
  • Knowledge of SEO principles
  • Ability to train and communicate with team members
