JOB FOCUS
They will be the single customer point of contact, creating a seamless experience, and they will be responsible for the shipment management according to the customer’s priorities.
They will play a key role in monitoring, controlling, executing, facilitating interactions and decisions across functions and partners to optimize the «E2E» (end to end) delivery, return, and incident process.
The role acts as a specialist resource within Intercompany Ops and uses extensive knowledge and experience to support the operations and provide input recommendations for improvements.
