SERVICE DESK SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

QUALIFICATIONS

Must Have

  • Around 2 to 3 years of customer support or Help Desk experience.
  • Experience with emphasis in keen troubleshooting.
  • At least 2 years’ experience supporting Microsoft operating system environments, preferably in a help desk environment.
  • Strong communication skills written and verbal, as well as, interpersonal, and analytical skills,
  • Proven capability to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Work knowledge of MS operating systems (Windows) and applications (Office – most troubleshooting is around excel), Permissions on Folder Groups, Cache Troubleshooting).
  •  COMPTIA A+ Certification.
