Business SummaryVMwares Cloud Provider Program Operations team manages and assists the Partners and Aggregators with the VCP Program. That includes Contract Creation, Termination, Refund, Billing Disputes, and Provisioning. Our team acts as a crucial connection between VMware and our partners and helps strengthen the relationship through excellence in service. Job Role and responsibility Business Analyst I will perform critical operational tasks and drive operational efficiencies to ensure operations are effectively running at optimum capacity. 

 

As the Business Analyst I will communicate with our partners and internal business units ensuring a positive experience in all interactions. Program inquiry Management and troubleshooting. Support all core operational requirements through case ownership and closure, meeting KPI SLAs Provide suggestions for process improvements to help scale operations and improve customer satisfaction support internal VMware teams with search or resolution of any inquiries related to VCPP data (contracts, MBOs, DRFs, cases, escalations, etc..) As needed, track and communicate metrics related VCPP activities & support QBR requirements: Support and manage quarter-end activities and serve as local VCPP Ops contact for escalations and resolution team player with strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills timely Communication in both verbally and in writing to set expectations and maintain the confidence of managers and associated internal teams (Action Table Format)Achieve high Utilization and Efficiency by managing time and focus upon Case management.

 Required Skills: 

3+ years’ industry experience in quote-to-cash type case management activity

Expert knowledge of Cloud Service Provider Programs extensive knowledge in SaaS billing models and managing quote-to-cash SaaS processes with knowledge of upstream and downstream impact/activity experience in two tier cloud partner sales model, with firm knowledge of software license transactions and Software as a service experience with enterprise systems and proven knowledge of enterprinte gration knowledgeable in End User Computing a plus team player with strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills self-starter who takes initiative and works with limited direction
