Responsibilities: Support the Category Director with their categories’ procurement activities. Analyze spend and create category strategies to be approved by stakeholders. Lead or support RFP’s and sourcing activities utilizing best practices and initiatives that support aggressive improvements in supplier quality, total cost effectiveness, enhanced service levels, and improved pricing. Manage contract renewals and contract amendments, maintain contract tracker. Review and understand different commercial models/options. Communicate clearly to suppliers and internal customers regarding requirements, terms and conditions, KPI’s, etc… Prepare market intelligence of appropriate market Conduct ongoing supplier benchmarking. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of business requirements and category ownership by creating and defending sourcing strategies and decisions with sound analytics. Identify and implement process improvement opportunities. Design and prepare cost models. Generate and analyze spend reports, including presenting summaries.

Requisitos:
4-5 years of strategic sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or other related experience. Experience with sourcing and category management for Professional Services a plus.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Ability to successfully leverage technology and financial systems to extract and analyze data.
Bachelors Degree, Supply Chain preferred but not essential Use Oracle Fusion to support the P2P process of creating contract records, purchase agreements, PO’s, etc.
