Job Description

The main functions of a Compliance Analyst are daily processing of interdiction referrals, QA, and additional support for managing the interdiction list.
 
Job Responsibilities:
– Identify process improvements and make recommendations related to changes in the interdiction procedures or with systems
– Receive customer blockage compliants
– Oversee 30-40 emails per day
– Manage customer compliants
– Identify internal route for customer compliant
– Evaluate and provide resolutions
– Engage with internal stakeholders- Prepare analytical reports and statistical summaries
– Support training initiatives provided to other employees who utilize the interdiction process
– communication with other internal business units
 
Skills:
– Solid knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); other database experience also helpful
– 0-1 year of customer service or compliance experience
– Bachelor’s degree preferred
– multitasking
– Excellent ability to communicate in English 85% B2+
 
Transportation: San José, Heredia, Alajuela
Hybrid: WFH, show up at the office 1 day per week
3 months (can be extended but not sure at the moment)
