Logistics & Distibution Representative​

JOB FOCUS​

They will be the single customer point of contact, creating a seamless experience, and they will be responsible for the shipment management according to the customer’s priorities.​

They will play a key role in monitoring, controlling, executing, facilitating interactions and decisions across functions and partners to optimize the «E2E» (end to end) delivery, return, and incident process.​

The role acts as a specialist resource within Intercompany Ops and uses extensive knowledge and experience to support the operations and provide input recommendations for improvements.​

Basic Qualifications​

  • Bachelor or Masters’ Degree, university degree or equivalent through experience in a supply chain related discipline.​
  • Min. 6 years of experience in a Customer facing role delivering best in class customer service to enhance the customer experience in any of the below areas, or equivalent experience:​
  • Plan (Demand and Supply Planning) ​
  • Source (Sourcing and Acquisition) ​
  • Make (Manufacturing and Production) ​
  • Delivery (Order management, Import & Export, Warehousing and Transportation ​
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English. Spanish, Portuguese, or other languages are a plus . ​
  • Broad PC skills are essential (MS applications Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint). ​
