Junior Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Join our team as a Customer Service Professional where you will leverage your expertise in customer service and MS Excel to enhance user experience and support inventory management. Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize MS Excel to analyze data and generate reports that support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance user experience by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Support inventory management by maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely updates.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.
  • Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations in all customer interactions.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service techniques.
  • Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights and suggestions for process improvements.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately for future reference.
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations and contribute to the companys reputation for excellence.

Qualifications

  •  
  • Possess strong skills in customer service and proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Have experience or knowledge in user experience and inventory management.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Show a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Exhibit attention to detail and organizational skills.

Certifications Required

Certification in Customer Service Excellence or Microsoft Excel Specialist.
