Financial Planning (FP&A) Analyst Expert (Corporate)
OBJETIVO/Descripción del Puesto:Â
Lead and provide solutions when meetings with VP’s, senior or global directors and stakeholders.
Analyze financials for North America business units and Corporate functions to ensure proper decision making across NA.
Provide guidance to or gather explanations from BU Finance teams for all finance related increases, reductions, opportunities, etc.
Present Corporate analysis, explanations and solutions for all functions across NA,
Perform and approve BU or intercompany allocations, recharges.
Prepare end to end cost budgets for Corporate functions
Lead monthly meetings with directors, and senior executives to discuss and provide guidance in forecasts, budgets or any other related finance support.
REQUISITOS DEL PUESTO:
6 years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting activities
Advanced English skills (C1 Level)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Ability to build and modify complex Excel models.
Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and solve problems in a team environment
