Responsible for delivering high quality, timely and efficient reviews of the software deployment report analyses. Provide reporting data analytics, analysis and measure the success of those outputs and other strategic initiatives. Track and report key performance indicators, utilization, and other dashboard metrics to highlight successes as well as to target areas of improvement. Make decisions on completing analysis based on the specific customer contract and report submitted. Work with internal teams to ensure appropriate updates to customers cords occur in internal systems. Resolve queries with global customers, account managers, senior sales executives, and internal teams in an accurate and timely manner. Identify gaps and initiate projects to improve quality and review processes. Identify work streams that can be automated and standardized to maximize efficiency and quality.
