Tech Support

Working knowledge of different Microsoft Operating Systems like Windows Server 2008, 2012 & 2016.
Troubleshooting experience of desktop, laptop, phone systems and applications.
Any Graduate degree in IT or equivalent industry certifications, prior experience in IT support.
Excellent written and verbal communication English skills.
Must be able to communicate with individuals with all levels of technical and non-technical skill sets.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Support, Networking or similar.
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience.
  • Knowledge with CCNA.
  • Intermediate advanced English.
