Job Description

*Location: onsite
**English: Intermediate to Advanced
*What CW will do: The Systems Analyst will join the IT group responsible for maintaining global systems and tools.

Responsibilities include: Partnering with key stakeholders to understand, troubleshoot, and resolve issues. May interface with external Vendors and internal Business groups. Responsible for issue tracking through the Iogging of support tickets and problems Providing feedback to stakeholders on issue status, and issue resolution/closure. Debug interface issues.
*Minimum skills: Minimum of a BA/BS. Preference for Computer Science, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering Strong analytical skills, ideal experience in enterprise systems, database, and integration support Candidate must be action-oriented, proactive, able to multi-task, and set a demanding pace of execution. Strong customer service, business partnership, and interpersonal skills will be essential

Nice to have: 

Familiarity with, and an aptitude for, web-based applications Prior experience in requirements development, scripting, SQL or other querying Languages (.NET, HTML 5, Angular (version 4 or higher)) Experience in Agile & Safe methodologies and Rally and/or JIRA tools Quality and testing and test automation methodology
