Descripción

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for purchasing information technology services and goods from vendors and executing buying strategies to obtain the most quality at the lowest cost.
• Analyzes market and industry conditions and develops sourcing and procurement recommendations.
• Conducts supplier negotiations, including drafting  SOWs, negotiating pricing, and coordinating with Legal on terms and conditions.
• Category focus on information technology-related categories, including IT professional services, IT hardware, software licenses, SaaS, and telecom services.
• Work with leadership to develop and execute category strategies, sourcing approaches, and negotiation plans.
• Develop relationships and coordinate directly with internal stakeholders in IT, Legal, Information Security, and other business units, along with third-party suppliers.
• Manage a high volume of contracts with attention to detail and focus on compliance while also identifying opportunities for cost savings and risk mitigation.

Requirements: 

• English skills B2+ minimum
• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, procurement, or related fields
• 2+ of experience in  Tech procurement and contract management skills
• Experience in vendor negotiations, review quotes, contracts, and RFP execution for technology-related products
• Tech Skills: MS office
• Day-to-day Activities: working on tickets with requests to source for internal customers, having intake interviews, reviewing vendor contracts and proposals, executing sourcing activities, and routing contracts to legal for execution.
