Our Spring Internship in Costa Rica is designed for university seniors who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced, and professional sales environment.
As a Sales Development Intern, you will participate in a comprehensive onboarding program with our University Relations team to ensure your success. You’ll also benefit from professional development sessions, networking, and social events as part of our Internship Program.
The program takes place from February to May 2026 (3-month program)
Your Role
As a Sales Development Intern, you’ll receive specialized training in sales, equipping you with essential tools and techniques to jumpstart your sales career. You’ll have the opportunity to:
Learn and practice prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach to connect with potential clients.
Get hands-on experience with Salesforce and other industry-leading sales tools.
Shadow and be mentored by experienced Sales Development Representatives.
Participate in product demonstrations and learn to articulate the value of our technology in protecting customer data.
Gain exposure to real-world sales cycles and strategies in the tech sector.
Requirements
University Senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Costa Rica.
B2+ level proficiency in English (written and verbal).
Eagerness to learn about technology and sales processes.
Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
