Role Summary​

• As a Supply Chain Associate (SCA), your role will support the delivery of investigational new products to clinical trials across the Pfizer portfolio. You will collaborate with colleagues across Global Clinical Supply (GCS) to provide project management Support and operational support to assigned clinical trial protocols.​
• This role is highly collaborative and will support the entire team to ensure our investigational products reach their destinations on time, with right quantities, and in optimal condition, ultimately supporting our clinical operations and patient’s needs.​

Role and Responsibilities​

• Provide project management support inclusive of meeting logistics, agenda, minutes, and action item management. ​
• Utilizing guidance and digital tools, regularly monitor investigational product inventory at all levels within assigned protocols to ensure depots and sites are sufficiently stocked to support patient enrollment. ​
• Monitor regularly patient enrollment milestones versus the supply plan to identify potential supply plan adjustments.​
• Provide supply change recommendations, initiate and ensure completion of subsequent actions (depot-to-depot shipments, depot-to-site shipments, IRT resupply setting changes). ​
• Provide demand change recommendations and update demand planning tools accordingly. ​
• May support additional protocol level project planning and forecasting model adjustments as needed.​
• Attend periodic meetings with teams in other global time zones outside of normal work hours.  ​

Minimum requirements​

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) is required. Experience/training in supply chain management, a scientific discipline, project management, or business administration is desirable.  ​
• Excellent English language written and verbal communication, interpersonal, collaboration and business partnership capabilities required. ​
• Demonstrated strong analytical, quantitative, and personal organizational skills​
• Preferred qualifications​
• Experience in pharma/biotech industry and cross functional team. ​
• Experience in supply chain management ​
• Knowledge of Microsoft (MS) office applications including MS Project and Office Timeline-Pro.​
• Ability to multitask and prioritize deliverables accordingly.​
• Adaptability to fast-paced environment and changing priorities and requirements.​
