What you’ll do

• Ensure the correct and timely processing of requisitions and purchase orders submitted by the BUs, based on internal policies and EFX best practices
• Provide support for tickets submitted by internal users (guidance, issue solving, system technical support) 
• Execute group Live-training sessions to ensure resources are properly trained on the PO cycle processes, policies, and systems
• Participate in relevant discussions to provide input on items such as process scope and service delivery. Assist in resolving operational issues
• Work closely with AP to resolve Accounts Payable and Invoice hold issues
• Running manual reports for management and process execution
• Responsible for participation in system testing, if required

What experience you need 

• University Bachelor’s degree  or  at least 5 years of  relevant experience in a procurement environment 
• 1-year experience in Procure to Pay leading practices  
• English Proficiency (BELT B2+ or higher)
• 2+ years of experience in Excel/Sheets

 

What could set you apart

• 1-year program and project management experience preferred.
• Experience with Shared Services and/ or Outsourced Service Delivery Models
• Oracle (Procurement), ServiceNow, Google Business Suite knowledge
• Works well with a team and independently
• Very strong customer service and results-oriented mindset.
