Minimum 3 years of operations environment experience. Network Operations Center (NOC) experience is a plus.
Bilingual in Spanish is required.
Understanding of ITIL and ITSM practices
Solid understanding of Windows, Linux, VMware, Network and Application Support.
Knowledge of AWS and Azure.
Familiarity with infrastructure and application monitoring and incident handling.
Strong situational awareness be aware of all tickets and issues in the environment and act decisively.
Understand upcoming and ongoing changes in the environment and how to correlate with open incidents.
Strong team-building skills and ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical personnel.
Ability to effectively assess operational inefficiencies and deliver concise recommendations.
Dayshift (approximately between the hours of 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.)
Due to business needs, this role requires shift hour flexibility within a 7/24/365 shift rotation, including nights, weekends, and holidays. A rotational on-call may be required.
This role requires the candidate to be bilingual in Spanish.
Experience with design and implementation of a NOC in the Latin America region
Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
Past or present certifications are helpful.
Experience using infrastructure monitoring tools such as BMC True Sight, Catchpoint, Splunk, Remedy, Manage Engine, etc.
Strong written and communication skills required.
Comfortable and highly confident in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong in process improvement identification, recommendations, and implementation.
Drive to acquire more knowledge and employ newly acquired skills to better support TU infrastructure.
