Job Description

• Support the design, development, and implementation of custom SharePoint solutions.
• Intake, triage and resolve SharePoint support tickets, conduct backlog/prioritization, and gather requirements. 
• Manage SharePoint and website content, site access requests, permissions, and document sharing.
• Conduct organizational needs assessments to help design the evolution and migration strategy for our current intranet.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support execution and ensure optimization of our current digital channels.
• Troubleshoot user and team issues and escalate issues to our Global Technology partners. 
• Calculate key performance metrics and develop performance reports, as needed.
• Enforce policy, process and governance for intranet operations and other enterprise digital channels.
• Consult with technology partners to understand the potential impacts of internal communication strategies with their technology associate digital experience roadmap.
• Support internal communications production including email preparation and distribution, digital signage, newsroom postings and other digital channel support.
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint, website layouts and basic html.
• Experience with communications analytics, dashboards, and reporting
• Ability to identify a project’s goals, objectives and scope and create a project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines and resources required. 
• Ability to provide guidance and think creatively to devise customizations and uses for SharePoint.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with a dynamic team to drive communications-based outcomes.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple streams of work.
• A minimum of 5 years relevant experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
• College Degree in Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, Public Relations, Project Management, and similar
• Previous experience in SharePoint 2013 to 2019 migration
• Experience in developing, maintaining, and deploying custom intranet solutions.
• Certifications in or experience with enterprise communications applications/platforms
• Experience in collaborating with a diverse internal stakeholder base within a global enterprise.
