3-5 Years of experience in support in Network role with at least 3+ years of experience working in developing, maintaining, and supporting software defined network in NSX/NSX-T.
Good experience in maintaining VMware vROps and reporting for confirmation, troubleshooting, and capacity planning.
Expertise on GSLB and Load Balancer concepts using AVI.
End-to-end deployments on at least one AVI Vantage integrated ecosystems like ESXi, Docker, Azure, GCP
Improving customized outlines using NSX, vRA, and vRO to automate and simplify tasks.
Full understanding of OSI networking layers and strong knowledge of L2- L7 protocols
Deploying micro-segmentation using NSX Distributed and Gateway FWs
Knowledge of web technologies like HTTP/HTML/JavaScript/CSS
4-year degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
VMware certifications are a plus. (NSX or AVI).
Intermediate to advanced level in English
Managing stakeholders and external interfaces.
Implementing / Deployment and Supporting various automation tools and required infrastructure.
Good understanding and working experience of at least one public cloud technology GCP preferred but not limited.
Troubleshooting techniques and fixing code per vendor recommendation.
Monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastage
Selecting and deploying appropriate CI/CD tools.
Monitoring and measuring customer experience and KPIs.
Incidence management and root cause analysis
Coordination and communication within the team and with customers
Detailed understanding of platform components like Infrastructure, Network, security aspects.
Strong understanding of Infrastructure technologies On Prem and Cloud hosted.
Experience with IaC technologies like Ansible and Terraform is a plus.
Working with service providers (Carriers / Colo and Hardware) is a plus.
Thorough understanding of the SRE practices and working experience with at least one of the observability stacks (Monitoring, logging, Visualization).
Strong ITSM process knowledge, ITIL Certification will be added advantage.
Familiar with the SDLC lifecycle and enterprise software products, with the ability to review code.
Knowledge of IaC technologies like Ansible and Terraform
Understanding of DevOps and pipeline functionalities
Familiar with incident management protocols and root cause analysis
Hands on experience of Web protocols, Web Services and REST APIs
