Customer Service Representative

Job Description

  • You will answer and respond to incoming calls from customers and sales associates, working to resolve questions and problems independently.
  • You will provide basic technical support and act as a liaison between the customer, internal departments, and software vendors.
  • You will compile and distribute membership packets to prospective customers, and then review them upon return for completeness and accuracy, ensuring documents are completed, signed, and included.
  • In addition, you will perform routine duties for existing account maintenance and miscellaneous accounting duties including name and address changes, subscriber codes, product activations and cancellations, accounts receivable adjustments, miscellaneous billing forms and changes to pricing groups.
  • And lastly, you will perform data entry and reporting duties, as well as special projects as needed.
  • Advanced English: Verbal and Written
  • High School bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles. 
  • Inbound call center experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
