About the Job 

 

Avionyx is an aerospace software engineering company operating in the America Free Trade Zone, Heredia.  We are looking for a person interested in a long-term career providing support to the Administrative area.

What You Will Get to Do

 

  • Receive office visitors
  • Check business phone calls
  • Travel coordination
  • Purchase of supplies
  • Ensure basic office services run and coordinate office maintenance
  • Support or coordinate recruiting activities
  • Support or coordinate employee activities
  • Assist in the employee training coordination
  • Participate in landlord’s coordination meetings
  • Coordinating Occupational Health activities
  • Support receiving imports/sending exports when necessary

Due to the type of tasks performed in this position, it is required that the person works at our offices located in America Free Zone (AFZ), Heredia.

  • Bilingual secretary or Business Administration studies
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Strong inter-personal skills and trustworthiness
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Great service orientation and task ownership
