About the Job 

Avoinyx is searching for a Finance Data Manager. The ideal candidate will have well-established data management skills, a firm understanding of best data management practices, and superb analytical abilities. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator who balances getting the details right while moving quickly in a results-driven environment. This will be a key position in the maturity of our financial data sources and Dynamics D365 implementation.  This job is based out of our San Jose, Costa Rica location.

What You Will Get to Do

• Dynamics D365 data management and finance specific development
• Utilizing and modifying existing data warehousing structures including the development of API’s
• Designing, developing, and modifying data infrastructure to accelerate the processes of data analysis, reporting and production
• Facilitate changes in our bill of materials are reflected across in-scope systems and workstreams
• Development of API’s and ability to effectively store and maintain data in a warehouse environment
• Assist in product lifecycle management workstreams and processes
• Managing the development and maintenance of data sources production, purchasing, planning, and financial reporting
• Maintaining data management plans and instructions for operating complex business systems
• Overseeing the integration of new technologies and initiatives into data standards and structures
• Contribute to and support key master data design decisions ensuring critical end-to-end processes deliver a comprehensive global design

What You Will Bring to the Table 

• 2+ years’ experience in Data Management, Database development or administration, Financial Data Governance or administration, or other relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Knowledge of machine data sources
• Proficiency with SQL and Python
• Proficiency with Dynamics D365
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
