Descripción: Provide operational support in the form of system administration/configuration and subject matter expertise to ensure clinical trial systems support clinical study activities. Serve as liaison between Clinical business process owners in our business units, finance groups, regions, and within IT. Keep current with clinical and IT technologies in support of business process and recommend technologies that will increase cost effectiveness. Document and develop detailed diagrams of business processes, as well as the supporting applications and interfaces.

Requisitos: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or Technology. 5+ years of experience in an IT Business Systems Analyst role with system administration responsibilities. 5+ years of experience interacting with cross-functional teams at various levels within an organization. 5+ years of experience managing business system issues by partnering with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues and ensuring the satisfaction of the customer. Ability to develop and maintain business and technical documentation. Familiar with end-to-end business process mapping. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills. Knowledge of application architecture, application integration and basic understanding of infrastructure fundamentals such as server, database and network. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. SharePoint, Outlook, Visio, Excel, PPT, Word). Ability to assist with mapping, troubleshooting, and optimizing interfaces for multiple systems. Experience managing small to mid-sized IT projects. Ability to adapt to new technologies. Experience with identifying, integrating, and managing SaaS solutions and external vendors.
