Procurement & Travel and Expense Support Team Lead

 

Education and Experience: 

• At least 2 years experience leading teams, in person and a virtual environment and working in a complex matrix organization
• BA/BS degree in Industrial engineer, business administration, Computer Science preferred
• Minimum 5 years experience working in a Application support environment or related field
• Experience in stakeholder relationship preferred
• Experience in escalation management preferred
• Experience driving to and meeting key department metrics, and putting appropriate plans in place to drive end user satisfaction
• Excellent MS Office knowledge.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken command of English
• Portuguese or French is a plus
• Excellent communication skills to varied stakeholder audiences.
• Team player with demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate colleagues.
• Service orientation.
• Strong collaborator in a multicultural environment.
• Experience in multi-national project environments.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced and multi-tasking environment, manage various deliverables, and prioritize to achieve results and meet deadlines
