Global Business Process Specialist – Management Accounting

You also bring the following skills and competencies:

  • Experience in participating in full life cycle SAP roll out/ deployment projects
  • Ability to discuss finance core business scope with finance professionals
  • Business Process Management skills
  • Experience in Management Accounting/operational Controlling Understanding of R2R Management Accounting processes and its relation to other process areas
  • Experience in SAP Finance (Controlling/ Management Accounting) either as an end-user or consultant
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills; experience in identifying and leading change initiatives and proven track record of effective decision making
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks with international teams and stakeholder communities (Business and IT)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and time management, ability to prioritize multiple tasks and goals to ensure timely and high quality accomplishment of such
  • Strong presentations skills as well as written and verbal communication skills in English
