Required Skill and Expertise
- 8-10 years of working experience in the Shared Service Center industry as a People Lead.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Manager in a Shared Service Center.
- Relevant experience in a comparable position managing similar products in a multinational environment, mainly in a virtual setup
- Exhibits the behaviors of a Lean-Agile Leader with a Lean-Agile Mindset
- Exhibits servant leadership behavior in the spirit of VACC
- Experience with working in a scaled agile framework is a plus
- Experience with storytelling for advanced communication
- Advanced verbal and written English skills and additional languages are an asset
- Flexibility to work outside of business hours if required
