Product Lead Quality Assurance

 

Required Skill and Expertise

  • 8-10 years of working experience in the Shared Service Center industry as a People Lead.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Manager in a Shared Service Center.
  • Relevant experience in a comparable position managing similar products in a multinational environment, mainly in a virtual setup
  • Exhibits the behaviors of a Lean-Agile Leader with a Lean-Agile Mindset
  • Exhibits servant leadership behavior in the spirit of VACC
  • Experience with working in a scaled agile framework is a plus
  • Experience with storytelling for advanced communication
  • Advanced verbal and written English skills and additional languages are an asset
  • Flexibility to work outside of business hours if required
